Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept refund or exchange requests unless:
- DOD(damaged on the delivery).
- Wrong item shipped.
- Package lost or mis-delivered.
In which case, the customer is required to contact us at info@koderm.com within 48 hours from the delivery date. Additional paperwork (Customer Statement, Copy of a Police Report and etc) will be required in order to for us to file an insurance claim for non receipt or damaged delivery or other claims. For DOD (damaged on the delivery) cases, item(s) must be returned in its original/unopened packaging.
