Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the following conditions apply:
- Damaged on Delivery (DOD)
- Wrong Item Shipped
- Package Lost or Mis-delivered
If any of the above occur, we require the customer to contact us at info@koderm.com within 48 hours from the delivery date.
For Damaged on Delivery (DOD) claims, the item(s) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
In cases of lost or damaged deliveries, we will need additional documentation to file an insurance claim. This may include, but is not limited to:
- A Customer Statement
- A Copy of a Police Report (in cases of theft or loss)
- Other supporting documentation as needed
