Please review our return policy below before initiating a return.

🕒 Return Period

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email us at info@koderm.com with your order number and item you are returning.  Return postage fee paid by customer.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• All components, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included
• The product must be in resalable condition, undamaged package.

Returns will not be accepted if the item:

• Has been opened, used, or tampered with
• Is missing original packaging or components
• Shows signs of damage or alteration

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

• Products requiring temperature-controlled storage (e.g., refrigerated items)
• Opened personal care products such as creams or cosmetics
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards and promotional gifts

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If an item is returned in used, incomplete, or damaged condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued based on its resale value
